Mainau Discoveries Exhibition
This year, the FLAVIOLA project is featured in the Discoveries Health Exhibition hosted on the island of Mainau – Germany’s most famous botanical garden. The exhibition is organised by the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings and forms part of the Year of Science 2011 (“Research for Our Health”), a Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) initiative. The FLAVIOLA project is showcased in the pavilion of Mars, Incorporated – one of the consortium partners – and the exhibition is designed to enable visitors of all ages to explore a range of important scientific issues. It is expected that Mainau will receive about 500,000 visitors during the exhibition period (May 20 – September 4, 2011).

Flyers
The project has produced two brochures to raise awareness of FLAVIOLA among the scientific community, the patients, and the interested public.
One brochure gives a detailed description of the project objectives and includes a FAQs section. This flyer was conceived to address scientific community mainly (Download the flyer)
To target a broader audience, a second flyer was created. This second flyer gives very brief information about FLAVIOLA and redirects the reader to the FLAVIOLA website for further information (Download the teaser flyer)
